Tim's Daily Diaires 4/1/2026

Tim here folk, a quick update of the Saturday news, a relatively short report today as not much going on currently! The weather is still cold and the temperature is due to drop a little more over the next few days before the rain returns! We may get some sleet or snow over the next week but nothing like people are having further up North!

   The poor volunteers are filling nets with frozen fingers and are in need of decent gloves that are water, wind and cold proof, any one any ideas? There is a certainly a knack to looking after us ponies in these temperatures! Do check out our Daisy putting in some amazing moves to keep warm. Thanks Lucas for capturing the moments!     We are eating hay at an ever increasing rate as the temperatures fall and Mummy Munchkin has started an appeal for funds for hay. We are currently 59 in number but have another Munchkin coming in for sanctuary very soon bringing us back up to sixty again.It never seems to end sadly.

     My Typist apologises for a short diary today but she has a big birthday and her Dad is very ill. So as there isn’t much news around she is getting an early night and will type more up tomorrow, when I have collected more stories for her. I must pop to see Tilly goat to see if she has any more news as well. Being in a different field with my friend Tom, is a little strange! We have joined Jester and Teddie blue eyes on the middle track, more centrally located for news collection!
